To our CASHBACK Loyalty Members and Gift Card Holders

Thank you for being a valued member of our CASHBACK Loyalty Program. At Blackwood’s, we are always looking for ways to improve our service in offering you the best possible gardening benefits. With these goals in mind, we’re excited to announce that Blackwood’s will be transitioning to a new loyalty program in early 2025. Our new system will offer enhanced flexibility and expanded benefits tailored to create a more rewarding and enjoyable experience every time you shop with us.

What This Means for You

To make this transition as seamless as possible, we want to inform you of some key details regarding your current CASHBACK balance and any Blackwood’s Gift Cards you may hold:

  • CASHBACK cards may only be utilised to redeem any existing CASHBACK balances against purchases.
  • You will have until 31 January  2025 to redeem any existing CASHBACK balances and Gift Card values at any Blackwood’s Garden Centre.
  • After 1 February 2025, any unredeemed balances on your CASHBACK Loyalty Card and Gift Cards will still retain their value. You will be able to redeem them at any participating Infinity Partner, ensuring no loss of funds to you during this transition period.   • Regrettably, any unredeemed balances at 1 February 2025 will not be transferrable to our new loyalty system.
