DRYING HERBS

Want to know what to do with all those left over fresh herbs?  Did you know that you can quickly dry them out in the microwave, and have super flavourful herbs to add to your cooking for months!  Here’s how:

1.  Place your herbs of choice onto a piece of kitchen paper towel.

2.  Microwave your herbs on high for 45 seconds to 60 seconds.

3.  Crumble them up by hand.

4. Place them in an airtight container and store for use for up to 6 months.
