Thank you for shopping at Blackwood’s. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below. Products purchased from Blackwood’s stores may be returned or exchanged at any Blackwood’s store, irrespective of which Blackwood’s store they were originally purchased from.
RETURNS POLICY
In order for customers to return a product for refund or exchange, the following is necessary:
1) Defective Products or Damaged Products may be returned to any Blackwood’s store:
– within 7 days of the purchase being made
– in the original packaging and or condition that the product was received in
– supported by proof of purchase in the form of a till slip / tax invoice
The Customer may elect to have the product replaced, repaired or the value of the product refunded per the Company’s Refund Policy.
2) Products without defect or damage, may be returned to any Blackwood’s store:
– within 7 days of the purchase being made (exception: scatter cushions purchased have a “same day” returns policy)
– in the original packaging and or condition that the product was received in
– supported by a proof of purchase in the form of a till slip / tax invoice
The value of the product being returned will be refunded per the Company’s Refund Policy.
REFUND POLICY
Upon satisfaction of the Company’s Returns Policy, the customer shall be refunded the value of the product in the form of a Gift Voucher ONLY. No Cash or Credit Card Refunds accepted. Gift Vouchers are redeemable at any Blackwood’s store and do not expire.
Please note that Gift Cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
