Thank you for shopping at Blackwood’s. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below. Products purchased from Blackwood’s stores may be returned or exchanged at any Blackwood’s store, irrespective of which Blackwood’s store they were originally purchased from.
RETURNS POLICY
In order for customers to return a product for refund or exchange, the following is necessary:
1) Defective Products or Damaged Products:
Defective or damaged product/s may be returned to any Blackwood’s store within 6 (six) months of the purchase being made (exception: scatter cushions, which have a “same day” returns policy), provided they are:
– in the original packaging and/or condition that they were received
– supported by a proof of purchase in the form of a till slip/tax invoice
The Customer may elect to have the product/s replaced, repaired or be refunded the value of the product/s per the Company’s Refund Policy.
2) Products WITHOUT defect or damage:
Products without defect or damage may be returned to any Blackwood’s store, provided that:
– they are returned within 7 (seven) days of the purchase being made (exception: scatter cushions, which have a “same day” returns policy)
– they are in the original packaging and/or condition that they were received
– they are supported by a proof of purchase in the form of a till slip/tax invoice
The value of the product/s being returned shall be refunded per the Company’s Refund Policy.
SAME DAY RETURNS POLICY
Upon satisfaction of the Company’s Returns Policy, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund equal to the purchase value of the product/s being returned. Such refund shall be processed in the same tender to which the customer originally used to purchase the product/s. Alternatively, the Customer may choose to be refunded through the issue of a Blackwood’s Gift Voucher equal to the value of the product/s being returned.
REFUND POLICY
Upon satisfaction of the Company’s Returns Policy, the customer shall be refunded the value of the product/s in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within 7 (seven) working days from the date of return of the product/s. The Customer shall be required to complete our “Customer Refund Document” provided in store. Alternatively, the Customer may choose to be refunded through the issue of a Blackwood’s Gift Voucher equal to the purchase value of the product/s being returned. Strictly no cash refunds permitted.
BLACKWOOD’S GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are redeemable at any Blackwood’s store and do not expire. Please note that Gift Cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
